C Shift - At 14:55 hrs units from the City of Alexandria and Rescue 411 were dispatched to the inner loop of The Captial Beltway prior to Route 1 for an auto accident with one trapped. E207 arrived and reported one auto on its side with the driver still in side. Rescue411 (Lt Urps) arrived on scene and assisted with stabilazation and Pt removal.
