B Shift - Engine 411 was alerted to fill Station 21. While crossing the Wilson Bridge, they were added on the call as First due engine on the third alarm. Engine 411 arrived in staging and were sent to work in the exposure building. Engine 411 along with E809 (Bladensburg) worked on knocking fire in a total of three apartments. Captain Mason and crew worked for a total of 45 minutes overhauling several apartments. After majority of the fire was darkened down, Command had the tower ladder sweep the entire cockloft area. Engine 411 worked another 20 minutes before being released from the fire ground.
